The DL brand developed in April 2002, starting with real estate sales. As the real estate business grew and we start services a variety of clients, the property management side was started. I was my first customer. I renovated my rental units, then managed them. Once my personal inventory grew, I started working for other clients to manage their units. The client base grew and liked the renovations for the units, so the renovations business was opened and now we service other clients for rehabs. The DL Brand is all in real estate. We can service all the publics needs whether its short-term or long-term, vacation rentals or renovations.
